2. Products

We exclusively sell DARKMESS band merchandise. All items are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colors or designs may occur due to screen settings or production changes.

3. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

• Credit/Debit Card
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD) (only available within Hungary)

For orders outside of Hungary, COD is not available.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide via courier service. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are typically 1-2 weeks, but we always confirm the estimated delivery date with the customer via email after the order is placed.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Hungarian law. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at band@darkmessbp.com within this period.

• Return Process:
  The product must be returned in its original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

• Refunds:
  Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact us immediately at band@darkmessbp.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
